Love hearing women talk about the emotional aftermath of pregnancy, birth and all of it. Too often we are treated like that work is cute. It's so hard, and we can feel blessed and acknowledge the reality.
Nothing makes my soul happier than hearing women talk about women's issues and taking control. Welcome to your inner peace girl!! Medication saved my life. We run the world xx
I absolutely love how these friend support each other, there is no jealousy. They are all happy for each other and help out each other anyway they can and that is so refreshing to see, and I absolutely love it❤❤
Mental Health expert here...loving you all talking about your meds. Most people who drink/use drugs/smoke pot etc are self medicating. It's good to know how all three of you have worked with your meds knowing there are options to change the dose, time release etc, different meds...talking about this so freely. Sometimes these meds can "make" you over indulge with liquor so being sober first while taking meds is the best way. If you drink later/notice you're out of control drinking on your med... can be a med thing/let your doctor know.
Jamie, I was a single mom since my daughter was one, when I separated from my husband. Actually, he was no help that first year, either. I was like a mother to both of them. I also had no family around to help out. I was the financial support and played the role of mother and father, practicing sports with my tomboy daughter. I’m happy to tell you she is almost 36 and doing wonderfully. Her stepmom was awful, but my daughter is now the most awesome “stepmom” to her bf’s son. I’m so proud of her. I think about all the things I worried about, cried over and choices that I agonized about. Just keep doing your best like you are. Everything will be fine. Don’t torture yourself with worry and regrets. It’s wasted energy. Enjoy your life! You’ve got this! ❤️ And I love that you’re vegan for the animals! Your son is being raised with compassion! 🌱🐥💚
Love this comment! You are amazing good job!! I have lived the same single mom life as you. My daughter just turned 18, heading to college. I still cry all the time about the past 18 years but we are here and im so proud of myself and my daughter. ❤ we are stronger than we think!
This is so relatable and appreciate this being talked about. I was diagnosed with OCD after my second son. It was constant negative what if thoughts all of the time. Appreciate you 3 having this convo to make me feel a little normal. ❤❤❤
This is so true I agree with your comment. My instincts tell me that if you are inviting people to your home for a meal that is an invitation of welcoming you to be part of the family, but allot of people dont know this and lack of communication can stray long term misunderstandings to default. Lack of education is sadly missed, and yet having a Masters of Drs does not give you class at all, because I know allot of "subhumans" Arianas quote", that have poor mannerism and their lexicon is so disrespectful.
@@Thepoetjewel yes! Agreed! When people come together over food - when you offer up the run of your own kitchen for people to share food and reverie - THAT is class, THAT is love, THAT is life.
Thank you guys so much for speaking about this topic. I have been having such bad anxiety and have been thinking about getting medication. So great to hear I’m not the only one struggling.
If you have issues with trauma, please look into somatic experiencing therapy or emdr before you take meds. No shame in meds if you need them though. Exhaust all options prior
welcome to the club! i’m on zoloft for ocd/anxiety too. i totally understand how debilitating it can be and there’s no shame in medication and therapy. thank you for sharing!!
and there’s also nothing wrong with seeking alternatives to meds if they don’t work or aren’t what you feel is best for you! lots of options thankfully ❤
This was a great episode, and I love seeing these two friends with Scheana , but now we need to have an episode with Scheana and Ariana. I would love to see and hear that episode, since these two ladies have been through so much together👍🏼❤️
Awww schena.... Get away for a while u n Brock & my favorite lil bow baby. You've been running n running... I feel for you. I know your shoes baby girl.
I gained weight on an anti-depressant and discovered from my doctor that many drugs contribute to water retention. He then gave me blood pressure medicine that includes anti-water retention. Still hard to lose weight, just dropped 8 pounds this month - but I am still 15 pounds more than my normal range. Getting there but weight gain due to medication needs to be addressed more.
You know I just have to say it’s kind of hypocritical for them to speak about their mental health and put down Raquel who clearly has a mental health issue and has opened up on the show about her social anxiety. If you know you’re dealing with your mental health I would not jump to trashing someone else with mental health and instead have an open mind or just stay back and be curious and not judge
@@jcam5064 Didn't say her mental health excuses her actions but we should stay curious rather than just judge. Plus lets not forget Scheana's past. Yes its in the "past" so now its Raquel's turn to be better just like the rest of the cast has done. Also howcome Scheana and everyone else can open up about their mental health struggles but Raquel can't? She opened up about her social anxiety way prior to Scandoval but no one really paid attention
@@johana_fitness_lifestyle she absolutely can discuss her own mental health, and probably should do so more. As far as being a mistress, there is being a mistress and then there is knowingly having sex and an affair with someone who you not only know they are in a relationship but you also know and have a relationship with their significant other. Especially as close of a friendship as those two women had.
As a Gen-X woman, I'm so surprised how 3 friends all have so many mental health issues. I grew up in SoCal and there was maybe 1 or 2 people with mental issues in my school, but the rest of us just butched up and dealt with life. Although ... we were all kids that took care of our younger siblings alone at 10 years old, walked home from school alone at 7, and made dinner for our families while our Mom's were at work most of our lives. So odd how this happened ...

@@Lisa_1111 while there is currently a serious shift in mental health, for the worse, and due to the complete hopelessness many feel financially and socially and health wise...we are also gaining awareness for mental health and many who were undiagnosed got diagnosed later in life. The calm after the storm is when anxiety and or depression kicks in. Always give it 6 weeks before stopping psych medications.
