Putting it like this, sounds more of a stress generating activity, than a relaxing one.

      Thank you for your comments!💜
We’d like to clarify that Neurographics is a science-based method for personal transformation and goal achievement through drawing. ✍This concept combines psychology, philosophy, sociology, and recent discoveries in brain neurophysiology to create a simple, sustainable, and incredibly effective way to transform and model existing reality.
The method features a clear action algorithm, rules for composition, color application, and other guidelines. Throughout the process, reflection, internal work, and insights are critical components.
🙌The best way to determine if this method is effective is to test it in action.

What is a field line? Can you explain that in a video? I don't understand. Thank you!

Field lines in Neurographica are an essential component of this art form, representing the flow of energy and emotions. These lines are used to create a connection between different elements within the artwork, symbolizing the interconnectivity of thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Here’s a more detailed explanation of their purpose and how they are used:
      1. Symbolism of Connection: Field lines in Neurographica symbolize the connections between different parts of the brain and between various emotional and cognitive states. They reflect how our thoughts and feelings are intertwined and how one aspect of our psyche can influence another.
      2. Visual Representation of Neural Pathways: These lines can be seen as a visual metaphor for neural pathways. By drawing them, practitioners mimic the way neurons in the brain are interconnected, which can help in restructuring thought patterns and promoting new ways of thinking.
      3. Flow of Energy: Field lines represent the flow of energy within the artwork. They guide the viewer's eye across the piece, creating a sense of movement and dynamism. This flow is intended to mirror the flow of energy within the mind and body, promoting a sense of harmony and balance.
      4. Aesthetic Unity: Incorporating field lines helps to unify different elements of the artwork. They serve to integrate shapes, colors, and forms, creating a cohesive and harmonious composition. This unity is reflective of the desired state of balance and integration within the individual.
      5. Therapeutic Process: Drawing field lines is a mindful and deliberate process that encourages reflection and introspection. As individuals draw these lines, they are invited to consider the connections between different aspects of their lives and experiences, fostering greater self-awareness and insight.

I’m sorry,,, but just do what makes your heart and mind happy. Someone who is trying to work through something through this meditative process hearing this video, would be highly discouraged and even quit or never try.
Again, people who want to do this type of art,,,, Do it!!!, make mistakes, use the colors you like where you like and want to , forget an algorithm ,,
      Just. Be. You. !!!

@@rhondablackburn6841 Yes, you're correct. You are free to do what you want; however, don't call it Neurographica - call it doodling. Neurographica has specific parameters (i.e., rules and guidelines) that define it. Similar to Classical Art, Baroque, Neoclassicism, Surrealism, and Abstract Expressionism, each style has its own set of rules and guidelines.
It's disrespectful to ignore these differences, even due to a lack of understanding, and awareness...
