Sometimes when there's an odd number bar pre-drop, I'll put in a "time signature change" right at the start of the drop, but don't change the time signature. Just force the 4/4 to start again. That way all your grid bars match up again from that point forward. I learned this trick by analyzing Boris Brejcha tunes. His music fits NO kind of bar length. It feels improvised.
This is a great call - literally did this with a student's project the other day!

Hello! Thank you for a review of your course that you have put on RUclips, but the only drawback is that you use a dark background, so the samples become gray together with a dark background and are not visible well. it would be good if you had a light background for this. Bets regards :)

Cause as I might get to see you're in iOS anyway I'll be checking out all of what you're actually teaching cause is very great and useful too, is there a way to make it a little bit more free in terms of being like ''able for the user to compose up on the base? Sumthin near to what does Dj's like Zedd for example
