my fav... 4yrs. strong now .. it has changed my life. EVen has helped me since my only SIster passed 2 yrs. ago. I have been motivated to stay @ it !! HE has ASpired my life as a person. SO those things I hope to be do not seem stange or in a lack of.
Eric Thomas broke my right shoulder when I was doing brench press 200 when I was 16. Now I am 21 at 180 brench press and incline 250. Squat 200. 6 miles everyday on a bike
