I vote Twitter for the Bird of Paradise. I have a deer problem outside and a cat problem indoors. Your plants are beautiful and I love the way you display them! See many I can’t have, but love looking! I just got back into plants because I retired. Growing baby violet standards, semis, Episcia and streps from thevioletbarn on my light stand and a bunch of foliage, my fav is Bonnie spider and varigated Obtusa.
When you asked for a name for the Bird of Paradise plant the first name that popped in my head was Birdee it's a name of a character in the movie Hope Floats.
I’m not sure it’s a Pixie Lime because the leaves on a Pixie Lime kind of make a boat shape, where if you dropped water on it, the leaves would hold the water along the spine of the leaf, and they’ve got dark green little markings on the leaves. I don’t think it’s a Pixie Lime, but it’s 100% a peperomia, just not sure of the variety. Could be a different type of peperomia orba? I’m not sure. But it’s a peperomia.
The one in the turtle plant I call sin roses I'm not sure what the scientific name is but Google sun rose I have alot of them and they grow pink flowers

I was thinking Guinea as a name for your bird of paradise plant since birds of Paradise can be found in Papua new Guinea🤩
Enjoyed watching . If this is the avocado tree that i am familia with in the tropics , if its not a dwarf or grafted one it will grow as big as your house 🤭
H m m m avocados get to be 20 to 40 ft tall. Your bird of paradise is beautiful they come in different sizes hope you got a small one otherwise the name for it should be "Big Bird."

The cute light green little plant from top of bookshelf is a pixie lime peperomia also known as “peperomia orba” ☺️

Most cactus and succulents need the window sill. As much sun as you can give them, until they are big, and even then still lots 🌿🌱✌🏻

Thanks! Most of the plants came from a local nursery. Some were gifts and some came from cuttings.
