Have this exact jacket. Overall I am satisfied especially because I got a screaming deal on it. Yes, it flows a ton of air, is very light, flexible and a great sporty fit. Back protector and chest armor tightened the fit. The liner does a fair job of keeping the wind chill at bay in the cooler temps but my arms got pretty chilly on the 40* morning rides to work during the winter. Make sure to pull the collar up and out of the neck opening for best results.
I do have my nits-to-pick though and these are just my experiences with the jacket. YMMV.
The liner is impossible to fully snap in without a second set of hands and nearly impossible to get the jacket on with the liner fully snapped in place. You will break the attachment loops unless you're double-jointed. That being said, I have to put the liner on first, then on goes the jacket where I then use the lower anchor points on either side of the zipper. I do not have the issue you mentioned with the sleeves being too long. On the contrary, seems like mine are too short (or just the right size, maybe ) and do not bunch up or protrude from the sleeve.
On to the wrist closure. Would be much better with a zipper\snap or zipper\small velcro closure. I wear gauntlet gloves so wind or water entering at that point is near zero. WIth the full velcro, if left dangling, it will attach to the textile areas of the jacket and cause pilling when pulling the velcro away. I agree with your assesment; could have done much better in that department.
Next up is the neck\collar of the jacket itself. I noticed in the video the collar is quite loose and, on the right side there is a bend\warp where collar bone is while the left side is nice and straight. Mine has that exact bend and it is awesome for letting in the cold temps while hustling down the freeway. Mind you, I wear a backpack and my theory was the backpack was pulling down and away from the collar causing it to stretch in that manner. I am now second guessing that theory based on what I saw in the video.

I bought the same one too.
First , the chest pockets r not zips ,each pocket use two very tiny velcros to close and it's completely unstable. When I wear SR2, the chest pockets always get themselves open and let the protectors step out a little bit. So why dont they use zips ?Will that cost too much?
Second, the mesh textile always pills, maybe it's not that durable. Especially when the wrist velcro stick to the mesh part accidentally.
Third, they r still using the CE1 protectors. If I want a CE2 Back protector I have to spend way more money than other brand and they still hasn't other CE2 protectors, EXM, where is the diversity?
