Prayers and strong thoughts of perserverance to the family of our Beautiful Sistah/teacher and protector. I hope and pray that she and her family finds accountability for the acts of judgement and discouragement that was shown to her. No one in 2024 should be going through the pain of mental illness as this Sistah did only to have her illness mocked by someone in a position of power and education. If Dr. Mosley, President of Lincoln Univ., removed 3 other doctoral scholars, it makes me think it was his modus operandi. As she clearly wrote, he was actually using a tactic of undercover emotional degradation with her. Once pulling back the covers of what happened with the 3 other scholars, we will probably find the others left without taking action because of Dr. Moslely's behavior towards them and decided to get another job elsewhere. This is extremely disheartening to hear, and I pray for her family and friends.
I went through something similiar to this and when I complained, I was ignored. From the time that I entered this child organization until I begged God to block my thinking, I was treated unfairly, I was followed, they went through my facebook account, my telephone, talked to me any type of way, would not let me do my job, always running to the boss and other administrators, and etc...
You better speak on it Michael, I immediately saw a correlation and when dealing with mental health issues, it's the fear that one can lose her job or position because of the bullying. The correlation is fear whether it's coming directly from your bosses or outside entities! Black women in this country do feel attacked on many fronts and certainly from the employment front!
The fact that the Board of Curators stated that they had nothing to do with personnel issues and that they would take no action was troubling and another dagger. They now issued statements about concern for the mental health of their college community. They are complicit and should be sued. Depression and other mental health issues need to be taken seriously. I am so sad for her family and loved ones 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I know how this lady felt. On these jobs today the will try to be little you. I was on my job for almost 13 years. I was training new hired people. When I asked for a raise because I was doing 4 people jobs they got upset and found a way to bring me down. It was so disrespectfult to me.
I finally got a new postion within another Department. That didnt work out because from a source they were setting me up and they never wanted me in that department. After 2 weeks there they force me to resign or get terminated. I resigned.
God is so awesome because, all those hire ups who did that to me, they all end up getting fired. Karma is something. Treat people with respect on these jobs. I been retired since 2019. I pray I dont ever have to work for a company ever in my life again

I would be suing the police for not assisting in the search and recovery of my child and the school because this is ridiculous!! That poor little boy that was left on the bus definitely happened because the bus driver didn't check the bus back at the barn at the end of his/her shift. You guys never seem prepared for your broadcast. I watch you show all the time and this is my only complaint. Whenever you pull up something on your tablet you spend too much time searching. Why don't you have the items open on your iPad prior to the segment. It does not seem you staff consistently ensure that people joining via video have a proper connection before you speak with them. I say this because it happens quite frequently. I don't know what application you are using but I use Zoom for my meetings and the only time I have connection issues like the ones you have are on the occasions when I have last minute calls and have not been able to educate participating parties about the Zoom features and controls.
Valid point. I’m still going to support but yes it’s odd that the control room rarely has the files. Maybe a pre-show production run through would help too.
