Great quotes I remember (paraphrasing most):
- "I just pass" (the actual quote from Blue Coffee)
- "Let me teach you rule number one of community games. Do not trust anyone" from a game where a player (blue I seem to remember) was super eagerly friendly and supportive of an ally, then after defeating several others together his ally said that and immediately flooded him with paladins
- "You can give the 105 back at him" Sir Explosive Hopper to a player that had gotten a 105 before, and resisted and manage to come back and beat the aggressor
- "I act dumb 1111" KingBoo in a game that included several high level players and RBase, after he managed to pretend to be dumb all the way to the end game
- "Trickle not thine trebs; get wrecked T90" I do not remember the context, except that the player had at least 4 trebs, of course
- "Silence is Violence" the classic
- "STOP NUKING ME" from Salytmacska in one of the nuke games (bring those back!)
- "here's money for the eye doctor after that staring contest" after actually giving out resources to everyone in a game that had gotten silent for a while

Or commie game where both blue coffee and mbl played: Mbl was spamming petards and threatening everyone, and blue coffee backstabbed him and wrote "DIE!!!!!!", and other people where saying "Thank you!" - or something like that. That was pretty epic

Couldn't help but think about how Red stopped making more Trade Cogs after Teal died, despite nobody actually destroying Teal's dock, could have really helped keep up Camels

I know, there was also a period where I did very little when there were 4 players left. I got really lucky to finish 2nd in the end.
probably opportunity cost - if i build trade cogs, then im investing resources that i could use to gain the upper hand now. Also if anyone notices the trade they could destroy the dock and then the entire investment would be worthless.

@@ghaznavid the legend himself!! That maneuver was really delightful to watch. I imagined it like a Game of Thrones style episode where you gift the other king an army of bodyguards, get him nice and drunk and comfortable and then mercilessly stab him.
Or throw him a party 🎉🍻🎈, and guess what, all the circus performers and dancers turned out to be assassins!

adding a delay after you've declared war on someone during which kings are invulnerable to the enemy (like 1 or two minutes) could help prevent dirty sniping

Don't build a navy! Fish out the spots in the corner, delete dock, and put your transport king there. Other players won't think you have a transport and any fishing players won't have their ships stumbling on you.
This would be nice with exploding kings and maps where people start close

Never played this mod. I know you need cartography from market to get view of allies' territory, do you have the option of denying view sharing with allies even if they get cartography?
Cartography isn't needed anymore. And the only way to deny the shared vision is by not allying.

I like this mod because it encourages different strats, but I think each player should have a teammate they can trust and not worry about sniping - if that's an option.

Great idea for a game mode. In fact, Grathwrang made a 1v1 tournament based on this idea called the Kingsnipe Cup back in July when the bug first appeared, and it had some fun moments.
Snubi put on an absolute clinic this game. Best played no-garrison king game I’ve ever seen by Snubi.

I think that this mode has a lot of potential. The victor played the best but they got a lot of easy snipes because people aren't used to the game mode and did silly things like keep their king close to the walls. They also did a great diplo game.
I knew that the bug would have turned into a feature...
The game was super fun but I'm ngl it would've been over like 20 minutes earlier if blue wasn't eating a pizza for the first 40 minutes. XD

I kow this types of games have this way of making traitors and playing the fence game, but i still am realy anoyed about the players in the game, red tried everything to warn everyone about snubi and almost was able to take him with yeelow and cyan, orange betraying and then losing was actualy realy good to see, blue tried to be the fence jumper and got fucked in the end cyan sadly got sniped but i think was going with red plan to take down snubi, and grey got played around and got sniped.
If orange and blue had not betrayed the anti snubi aliance the game would have been realy different, still realy irritating seeing this happens and what red sayed at the begining of the game about snubi actualy happens. ( even with the blunder snubi did witht the relics)
I did see other matches this happens, theres a strong players in the game people call him out and try to rally people vs him but everything falls flat with betrays and the strong guy kills all of them.
In a way realy shows how humans are realy selfish creatures, even if theres something worst for everyone out there they will still try to betray and kill each other to get an advantage instead of uniting, makes good videos too.
All happened as red predicted.

Very fun mod, as people learn how to play it i think it would become very interesting. However cav archers are clearly meta for the snipes xD
imagine, yellow had mangudai in shubis base and shubi was still allied with them, if they hadn't gone for the eco damage and instead hunted the king down, the game could have gone way different
i think that this video showcased the snipeability of non garrison kings pretty good. it was nice thanks

If you can put it in transport ship, you can put it in a ram right ? a ram between stonewalls sounds like a much safer place than what they were doing.
also my approach on this map would be to play spanish, put the king in transport ship, make 50 elite canon galleon and just prevent everybody from docking ever. they can't kill me if they can't dock.

Maybe not a legendary community game moment but I laughed at an old commie game where a player was stream snipping and you rightly called them on it and then later IN THE GAME sent a message to everyone saying their “friend” told them to send units to where a king just so happened to be. It was such a stupid excuse that it made me laugh

He means the color of the player, when he says Teal, in this case he means player number 5, aka "NoTrickPony", when he says Yellow he means player number 4, aka "AkaChewToy"
