Heat 1.5 cup milk Paste .5 cup cold milk + 2 T cstd pdr Add .5 cup sugar to boiling milk Pour paste to boiling milk Boil 2 min constantly on low flame. Cool it. Kp aside Add 300 gm cream/ whip cream whip it 4 min Add .25 cup sugar to it n whip agn Blend 3- 4 mangoes. If sour add 2-3 T sugar n blend Add mango puree to totally cooled custard to avoid watery custard. In serving dish place any biscuits dipped in half cup milk & line up 1 layer Put custard layer atop using half qtty. Now pour whip cream. Rpt agn biscuit layer then custard layer last whip cream layer. Deck wt mango pcs Chill 2- 3 hours
It is regular cream so it will not get stiff peak. But if you use Amul fresh cream thick part and avoid liquid part, it can help you a lot. Chill it completely then beat it. If the temperature is hot put ice filled bowl below cream bowl and then try beating it. Hope it will help you.

If you want your pudding perfectly set then use whipped cream. But if you want your pudding creamy and not set , then go for Amul cream.

my pudding didn't set and instead it became watery after I took it out of the fridge..
You might have added mangoes to warm or hot custard...
I tried this today, but is disappointed. The custard didn't become thick and the whole pudding didn't set. It was all liquid.
