- Forgot to include the evolution of the radio room, in CH 2 version the room in 15:51 did not exist and at 19:11 - 19:15 I swapped the versions.

Batim Chapter One evolution, since the first version to the taken down fan remake called "Moving Pictures Redrawn".
IMPORTANT: Moving Pictures Redrawn remake has been taken down for a while and still is. This video took a while and was made like a week ago lol.

15:51 The Chapter 2 version didn't have this type of room.
Also, 19:11 and 19:15 are swapped, the Alpha version is on the later second, the Charper 2 version the earlier second.

I think it’s neat when developers go back to previous games to update them. It shows how much they’ve improved with game development.

I remember specifically hearing about this game the exact month it came out. February 2017. I had just turned 10 at that time. 7 years later [holy fucking shit] and here I am, still part of the fandom, patiently waiting for the next release, seeing how the devs have grown over these past several years.
Still feels like it was just yesterday when I heard all the hype around chapter 2. Due to me being younger my perspective on time was really messed up. Plus, 2017 felt like such a long year. So the fact it only came out 2 months later boggles my mind now, but then? It felt like it took forever to come out lol.
The remake is absolutely stellar and improves in every way. Even the little things like the Ink Demon grabbing Henry and tossing him away, the reintroduction of "You Left Me in a Heartbeat" in the flow room and Henry saying things from the Ch1 alpha like the gasp before "Who put this here?!" and "I'm getting the hell out of here!" when he's running for the exit. However, the one thing I dislike is the fact that you have to time your axe swings. If the creator ever makes The Old Song Redrawn that will have to go since there's no way you'll be able to take on 6 Searchers at once while timing your swings.

I'm sad that "you left me in a heartbeat" didn't make it to the final version. It's a great peace of music that only few people know about.

The fan remake version looks like Dark Revival's version. After all the cycles made everything much darker and broke the world down
I followed the development of this game from the beginning, it seems like it was yesterday, but many years have passed.
So, if i'm not wrong, Fan Remake is the version that looks like it's fully abandoned and destroyed

Due to the fluidity in the moment of fleeing in chapter 1 (in its final version) I think it is superior to the Remake in that aspect.
The jumpscare in the final version is better than the remake too

How about you record the entire chapter version instead of comparing every single part of the version of chapter piece by piece.
i mean
that's what they did
they record the entirety of the chapter version and they edit it to make it be a piece-by-piece comparison
plus people wouldn't know the full differences if its one entire playthrough because one person might forget something tiny yet significant
