It depends. You have cats like Derek Trucks and Guthrie Govan. But for this particular style of "Instagram guitar"; there are others who are more technically superior. But Mateus is the best among the Instagram guitarists.

Hi Dylan, I thought "maybe I can find a decent transcription of Mateus Asato's guitar playing", searched the web, and now I find this - incredible that you can transcribed all these songs and learned to play them, and even more incredible that you share the tabs and the videos. Very nice and generous!
I think these tabs will raise the level of guitar playing of a lot of people, and may result in some more beautiful music! :-)
