I scored an En Liberte twilly in Dublin earlier this month in the aubergine colorway. Going back to Europe this summer and hope to pick up the 90!! I love it too and am a lifelong dog mom which is why I’m so drawn to it :)
Tied up in Knots is on my to buy and like you, just waiting for it to appear online. For me, the more whimsical/fantastical designs appeal to me. Found your channel about a month back and must say, I really enjoy your content and look forward to your videos - thank you.
Very good advice Maya. These new scarves are a dream !! Wish more of these new designs would come in 140cm. What a temptation but as you recommend better to think twice.👋
Thanks for your comments, Martha. 🧡 You may get your wish with the 140s, given how many 90cm designs from recent seasons they’ve turned into the GM format. We shall see!
What do you think about twillies for the handbag? Could you consider making a video about bows and knots with twills for the handbag? Which design would you like on a medium sized black leather handbag? Happy Wednesday🎀💝
Thanks for your comments, Maria, I will give it some thought! Personally I prefer twillies in the same base color as the bag itself. For a dark one, I am rather partial to Les Folies du Ciel or Isola di Primavera. It depends on your taste though. Good luck!
Quite true, Gina! It’s just not on my personal wish list, though I’m a big fan of Dimitri R. Check out the rest of my FW 2022 series plus the future grails video where I cover that design. Thanks for your comments!
Le Sacre de Saisons is also a scarf I have my eye on. I bought my first one this past July and I look forward to finding a color in this pattern that works for me. My first scarf is very blue so I too am not in the market for anything blue right now!
And you thought you had it bad with a blue problem. My wife is all about black and I prefer blue. So, of course, over the years we purchased a black and blue problem. (Actually, I do all the buying, she does all the wearing.) To solve the problem this season, I ordered my only 90cm must have - Sur Mon Nuage - in crème and added the Twilly in bleu noir. Problem postponed!! Well, at least this season I have a plan. And for that I need to thank you, Maya. The videos you have created have been so helpful that I have done the unthinkable - written my first comments on RUclips.
Thanks so much for your feedback, Jeff! Sounds like you’ve made some excellent choices for your wife, lucky lady! And I’m honored that you felt compelled enough to write your first comments on YT for my videos. Might be the start of a habit! 😂
By the way, Maya, if you’re close enough to Canada, consider buying your scarves in Canada. Less expensive….hope they keep the prices as they are in Canada….that’s one reason I bought my scarf now vs. later….I have a feeling a price hike is coming. Did you get price increases in the US?
Somehow these designs look terribly confusing to me. The Gene Kelly is, I don't know how to describe it really. I think I will stick with the original designs that you can tell when a flower actually looks like a flower. Just the personal opinion of a new subbie here! Thank you, Maya.
@@cranleyplace another thing is . Since it’s from 2011 , I can’t really find a price reference online. I can’t find the exact shawl. But it was purchased in Hong Kong for 9500 Hong kong $ which is 1200 usd .. what should I use for reference . Mine has never been open with original everything even the receipt
Love the video! It's fun and educational! I do have a question: I loved "La Maison Des Carres" shawl 140 in cashmere but missed it. It's not available now. Do you think it's a form that can be restocked? Thanks!
Thanks for your comments and question! Your guess is as good as mine about restocks, but if there’s an SA you work with, s/he may be able to help you track something down. Good luck!
I love these Hermès scarves so much. I agree with everything u presented. U hv the greatest taste. Thank u
Aww, you’re so sweet, thank you very much 🧡
I've learned a lot about scarves from you Maya, thank you so much for sharing and imparting your knowledge. Love from Malaysia
Thank you so much for your feedback, Fiona; I’m delighted you’re enjoying the channel!

Good for my wish list !!
Thanks Maya 😊 🖐
The en liberte in aubergine is available on the US website. Good luck! I am after the one that is more yellow. :)
Thank you, I ordered it yesterday!! Good luck finding your colorway too 🧡

Hi Maya, there is another interesting design which is sur mon nuage 😍

Thanks for this video. I bought robe legere in the grey colorway for my mom 🥰
What a sweet gift for your mom 💕 thanks for your comments!

Totally understand, it is quite striking. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Anna!

Thanks Maya for responding to my questions! Very good approach.
You bet, I appreciate your questions and feedback!
I ordered the bleu-noir in Le Sacre des Saisons! It’s very nicely balanced in colors and has beige and grey as well as the blue-black.
Gorgeous choice, congrats!

It’s a fair point! They actually did increase prices here already, so hopefully things stay stable for a while. Fingers crossed 🤞

Totally understood, Gloria, scarf selection is so personal. Thanks for sharing!
I have a brand new Hermes shawl in the box from 2011 from a relative and I was wondering if I could be pointed in the right direction to selling it
You can sell it on eBay if you’re so inclined or consign it to the likes of Fashionphile or Ann’s Fabulous Finds. Good luck 🍀

Might be easier for you just to consign it, the scarf name is usually somewhere on the design; take lots of photos!
@@cranleyplace I didn’t really want to unwrap it and take it out of the bag because I did know each artist signs it somewhere
new subbie. fascinating. thanks!
