Matt Maher - Lord I Need You - World Youth Day (WYD) Rio 2013 Adoration Vigil

Lord, I need you. Without you I can do nothing, I've nothing, I'm nothing!
On 27th July 2013, Pope Francis prayed along with almost three million youngsters from across the world during the Rio 2013 World Youth Day Vigil. The Vigil included testimonies shared by few youth on how they discovered the love of God through Jesus, a theatrical enactment of youth coming together and building a church, inspirational words by Pope Francis challenging youngsters to follow Christ and a beautiful time of Eucharistic Adoration.
I saw the entire Vigil thousands of miles away, and could feel one with Pope and all the people gathered together at Rio experiencing, praying and adoring the Lord. The time of silent adoration was the most amazing time for me. Especially the moment when from the silence, Matt Maher cries out "Lord I need you." It just touched my heart!
