The lack of backup for the capitol police, after being specifically called for, needs to be investigated in its own right. Someone in high authority wanted the capitol breached.

The election had legitimate questions and the Republicans had every right to question the results. Trump’s speech in no way encouraged violence. The violence worked to suppress any further delays in certifying the election and thus worked to the Democrats benefit. Pelosi prevented the Republicans from choosing their own representatives for this hearing. What goes around comes around and get ready for hearings on many things in two years. Most people crowing about the “ insurrection” have no legitimate knowledge of what occurred that day.

I love the USA. It’s been very good for me and all my family and friends. I am a Republican who finds these events horrific and absolutely disgusting. He was told by his own family to say something to help calm down the situation, but instead he ate it up just swelling up his ego even more. I hope he isn’t able to run for President again. Perhaps what surprises me is the level of restraint employed by law enforcement. Not the usual rules of engagement for terrorists.

The certification of the election was going to be delayed that day through a Constitutional process while election concerns were addressed. This process never occurred since the riot ended that from being requested. Most people protesting were peaceful and committed no violence. Those that committed violence deserve severe punishment. The election had legitimate questions and the Republicans had every right to question the results. Trump’s speech in no way encouraged violence. The violence worked to suppress any further delays in certifying the election and thus worked to the Democrats benefit. Pelosi prevented the Republicans from choosing their own representatives for this hearing. What goes around comes around and get ready for hearings on many things in two years. Most people crowing about the “ insurrection” have no legitimate knowledge of what occurred that day.
