That's the thing. They captured the court to make the grand scheme of this all legal. There are, however, likely plenty of fumbles that have happened along the way while putting it into practice, especially regarding getting Kavanaugh on it. Wouldn't be surprised to find out that they are already investigating but that's definitely something you do NOT bring to grand jury until you ABSOLUTELY have everything together as well as a strategy to make sure it doesn't just end up at the mercy if a bought and paid for judge.
