Bicester is not what it used to b better off going to sample sales so sad . Alot of shops have closed .

Bicester Village is a collection of outlet stores for big brands. Outlet i.e. last and previous seasons' stock, leftover stock/excess inventory from current seasons, stock they needed to move to be able to bring in new stock.
Some kinds of outlet stores also sell items that are discounted because they are new but slightly damaged; and/or, 'gently' used clothing. Bicester Village isn't one of these.
Sometimes name-brands will specifically have their own outlet store where they sell their products, the very same designs but made with inferior-quality material to those sold in the main stores.
