2nd!!! I have the Treeline Tamarack as well on my Taco since 2018! I agree, the convenience of having a tent that you can easily deploy (hard or soft RTTs) truly allows one to just get up and spend time outside.
I bought the exact tent for my Ford Bronco 2022 4dr Badlands and looking forward to getting out there. Love your videos and I'm just waiting for the snow to melt so I can start my full-time overlanding adventure! Thanks for sharing and awesome review of the Treeline outdoors Tamarak.
Hey man I got the same tent but plus series ! Do you let your tent air out after done camping when ya come back home? I notice with some of the recent cooler nights in waiporous it's pretty moist inside the tent
Hey dude absolutely 100% I air it out at home on driveway ! But it can get condensation inside - it's very good keeping in the warmth, but, it's a good thing, usually if I have ALL windows / vents closed it gets fairly humid inside there. You don't want that when you're trying to sleep so always keep some windows open when sleeping, we usually keep the skyilght open (screen only) at the TOP of tent and all the side vents (2x on each side above the side window) and I also sometimes open the windows. Back at home usually I air-out when I'm unpacking gear and stuff and sometimes will give a cleaning wipe down and organize (it's always easier to close when you take time to properly fold inside stuff blankets if you leave them - we don't leave pillows inside tho)
Hey yeah just off Amazon they're cheap and run off a 2-prong plug, we use with our 1000w power battery bank. But the ones INSIDE our Tent we use 3AAA Battery type, super cheap and easy. I have a video about them: ruclips.net/video/bc94mMXFgrM/видео.html
I just used a heat gun on lowest setting for a few seconds (make sure hold it far away and go low and slow on the heat - very careful) but then I used some fishing line behind and it came off easy. BUT - I took mine off like... less than a month after putting it on. If you've had a badge on for a year, might be more difficult. Search up on RUclips for some examples on how to remove badges for detailed tutorials and follow. But if in doubt, you could go to an auto detail shop and ask them to do it / help you. (I'd recommend doing that if you're not confident / worried.) Whatever you do though don't do it when it's cold.
Really great review bro, your point about wanting to get out more when you're stuck working from home, in order to rebalance life really underscored it. Looking forward to try out some winter trails with ya as the days get colder out here!

@@SpencerHogg Thanks for the reply man, I saw your rig at illmotion was looking really good, too bad I missed ya.
Great video!! Very informative
Thanks Spencer. Is your truck a short box with that tent?
Yup short bed! (DCSB)
Much be nice being out camping.. away from the social media.. maybe.. lol
Where did you get the string lights from? Are they battery?

Amazing video. How come you went for a treeline tent instead of an IKamper?
Great video man! I want a roof top tent so bad for next summer
thanks man appreciate it! You should for sure bro!
What made you get this over a hard shell rtt like tuff stuff alpha? Similar price and hard shell is better for wind from what I have learnt.
That's pretty awesome!
3rd. Amazing love the color of the tent and the entire build.
How did you remove your TRD badge that you installed a year ago? I’ve been wanting to take mine off but I’m afraid the paint will chip

I am so happy you have such a nice truck set up and get to go out camping. I live vicariously through you.
Ahhh such a good video!

Looks like a great tent option! Great video as always. Keep it up bro.
I have the Treeline Tamarack as well on my RAM. The tent is easily deployed and you get many reactions from others when you bring it out.
Dope vid, seriously selling me on the Treeline tent!

Damn this tent is pretty amazing. Overall the features look sick, and looks roomy. I love the shoe storage, also cute doggo
Whoo, first! 😎
