It's effective when you have multiple Artillery batteries. in the Score board 23:01 you can see that the M109A2s destroyed 6 Warsaw pact artillery. however, the problem with this command is the AI (artillery) focus on 1 target instead of multiple targets. which makes them targeted by enemy batteries. the best way is to order them to change positions after every barrage but it too difficult to give orders in different sectors at once especially in a busy battle like this.

Dude is better at tactical command than anyone I know from west point, simple tactics done like a well oiled machine
