We are all ok thank you 😊 the lunch I had was egg mayonnaise and crackers.. or did you mean the dinner that we had? We had a Taco kit from Aldis, we just added chicken and salad with it 🙂👍
@@1motherandherdaughter680 both looked good but the egg Mayo is it eggs and just mayonnaise and that’s it? My wife did all the cooking but she has gone now so I’m no good at cooking, it’s normally a microwave meal for one but I even burn that I put tin foil in there
@@griffmo6610 it is just eggs with 1 or 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, all mashed up with a fork.. I am so sorry about your wife. Anything you ever want to know or talk about, just let me know.. 💕The egg mayonnaise is really tasty as a sandwich or if you are trying to be healthier, I would suggest 5 crackers.. either options is tasty😋💕
Yes, you need to cook the egg hard.. and you just mash it up with a fork.. then add the mayonnaise and then keep mashing until all the mayonnaise is combined with the egg 💕
