I’m into wrist candy. Trust me you did good. It gets way more expensive. The $3,00 - $3,500 range gets you to the $800 - $1,200 knife range so just imagine. Great looking watch! Also vintage 60’s Swiss automatics are great buys in the $300 - $400 range. I just grabbed a collector grade 1960 Benrus for $250!
Absolutely stunning, good eye. I have a DS2000 from back in the day as Formex was still in their infancy. Hopefully with your viewership Formex will get bigger on the radar screen.

I appreciate the manufacturing and aesthetics and artistry of a watch. I just can't get into them because I don't like shit on my wrist. Beautiful though.
The bezel changing feature is really cool. My favorite watches are watches that look good with different straps to give some variety, or in this case a different bezel to make it feel almost like a new watch. Love the micro adjust system on this watch as well. Something someone new to watches probably wouldn’t realize is such an awesome feature especially headed into summer. Love talking watches. Enjoy!

Stunning watch and excellent choice for a new collector! I’d love to have one myself! One watch I’d advise you to look at is the Casio Oceanus line. They have some amazing offerings ranging from $500-$1200 range. I just got a Oceanus manta and it truly is the nicest watch I’ve owned to date…just some ideas for the slippery slope that you are now standing on!
That bezel with the bracelet is awesome, and that black ceramic bezel with the black rubber strap is a stunner as well. Nice choice!

If you are going to buy expensive watches you need to be ready to lose a lot of money trying to resell, or you need to buy watches with great resell value which will be very expensive.

I’ve actually been a watch collector for over a decade and just entered the knife collecting hobby this month. You and I are kinda opposites 😂
I can't even fathom doing that myself lol. I couldn't bring myself to even spend that much on a knife tbh. I love lookin at the pretty shiny Mokuti boujee stuff but can't buy it lol. Oh, and just incase no one else says it...........YOU COULD BUY A GUN FOR THAT PRICE!!!!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hi , got myself Into watches since very young years around 80’s got Citizens , Gucci, Sector (Swiss made ones ) and lots of swatches etc. , them it came the plus 1000k mark to 3000k trouble coming, Sinn 104, Sinn 105 UTC, Squale 50 Atmos , Longines chronograph Hydroconquest 300 , Certina Ds Action (blue dial plus the powermatic 80black dial, all Swiss made ETA 2824 -2 plus now the Sellita 200-1 plus Sellita 300-2 , of course these are the calibres, got the Formex 39 Essence brown Fummé dial should have the 43 anyway super cool watch steel bracelet plus leather strap with that wonderful clasp waiting for a rubber strap to , and man not sure about the Reef model like it but that 9 o’clock kind of Nautilus not sure yet! Wait and go for Omega ? Or Reef model blue anyone to give a tip ( 5 blue dials 😆 already) forget my EZA microbrand German made with a ETA 2824-2 calibres 1 bronze, 1 steel and another vintage style version 1972 diver all divers only the Formex 39 is 100 meters water resistant all others are pro divers ( Certina’s are Iso certified diver like my Citizen Promaster titanium and a few more others saying that’ll a watch enthusiast for long time forget my Islander homage Seiko blue dial sapphire bezel etc etc 😆 all the best for the Producer of the unboxing what a beautiful watch by the way what is your wrist size ?

Insane. This this is an absolutely beauty. My first dive watch was a Movado just because my grandfather ALWAYS wore something from them. I also loved how they scented their silicone bands like either roses or vanilla and the scent doesn’t wear off for a very long time. This, however, is on another level.
I like Formex but I wish they would make like a 40 or 42 mm. It's gorgeous tho. Swiss quality baby!! You'll have an Omega in no time.

MC! This video changed everything for me the day it came out 😂. I had found myself wanting a fairly basic watch for a few years, but we are talking like $13 timex. The day this video dropped I *needed* a Reef. In true new guy fashion I bought a couple watches working my way up in price, but I finally got my Reef in November, and it’s been my absolute favorite since the day I got it. 80% of my wear time for sure.
Thanks for accidentally introducing me to the brand and watch. And a new hobby 😂

Hey man, I get it. I’ve got a citizens I spent a G on. I rarely wear it. I had to save for years to get it. After two years of owning it, I asked my wife to get me a cheaper model for my birthday so I could at least wear an eco-drive daily. Good luck not being paranoid about bumping it on stuff. It’ll drive ya crazy!

They are kinda expensive by you should check out Omega watches they make top tier watch’s close to brands like Patek Filipe, Vacherone Constantine, Alonge and Sohner, and Rolex.

I'm not trolling brotha but can I say your wearing it wrong. I've learned this recently as well but you suppose to wear the watch above your wrist bone "wrist knuckle" that way you can still maneuver your wrist without the watch digging into your hand. Hope this helps. 😎

Compared to how much you spend on knives, you would need to spend 50K on a watch to be consistent! At the end of the day we buy what we like!
