Dear sister, i appreciate your talk, and most of it makes sense. I live in New Zealand( not a hot country) I am 63, and I have never worn socks ,even in winter. I dislike shoes, so i wear sandals all year round. I also have my arms uncovered at home , as i have always done this. I wear skirts and dresses only ,in all seasons and i can categorically say that my health is wonderful, physically and mentally. I do not get congestion, nor do i sick. I have never been vacc......, i have never had covid, even though i have been around people who have been sick with covid, some of them up to 4 times. Also my legs and feet do get cold in winter, but i dont get sick, or congested. My memory is excellent. My intent is not to contradict your teachings , just to share my experience.
This was very interesting and helpful. Unfortunately, the screen was cut off most of the time so references were mostly not available along with many words and some of the illustrations. What is your recommendation for those who live in SW Florida where it gets the most humid and temps get up to and over 100 degrees? Extreme humidity causes breathing difficulties. Thank you I hope to also email for the references that are covered up.
