That's her unique parry b1+2. The animation is different depending on if the opponent mid/high kicked or mid/high punched. She has had it since T6.
It reminds me of the old school low parry though.
That's what I thought as well ^^^^ I'm not a Leo player, I didn't realize that was her own parry.
