I'm a freshman at a d1 volleyball school and have gotten 2 concussion this season and have no idea when I will be back and can get so frustrated with being out but hearing your positivity is really such a refreshing thing. I really admire your positivity and hope to try to bring that in to my mind set moving forward. Thank you! You talked about it a little in this video but how do you stay so positive and if you had any advice for me, or people in a similar situation?
