Honestly, although it is a beautiful chateau, it doesn't look like anyone is looking after the grounds, the forest, or the pond water, and the exterior of the building looked in need of a good cleaning as well. Your hair looks very nice this evening Selmar :)

We still had a beautiful walk! Thank you for sharing such a lovely view. I'm glad to hear there's a camper solution. The ups and downs of life. Yesterday, we woke up to our car battery dead. Called triple AAA, a roadside service here in the USA, and come to find out not only did we need a battery, but also one of the battery cables had corroded. Had to rearrange things a bit, but all is well. It's understandable to mix things up when we're stressed. My partner and I are sending our love to you, Tatyana, and the animals! 💜
Seems like a moat would attract mosquitos, unless it's planted out with grasses, flora that attracts birds and butterflies. I think if I had one, I'd want to make sure the water circulates, b/c standing water brings the mosquitos. It's a beautiful, park setting. I can imagine men going out early in the morning to hunt for birds, to check traps, etc. as they once did in those days.
