The JVC HA-RX700 and Koss GMR-540-ISO would be better picks, imo. You can get the Koss at discount at Massdrop in the US. The JVC is my personal favorite, but I've been using the Koss a lot for mobile gaming lately.
They are literally marketed as studio headphones though.... For running an amp these work good enough. People think they have the ears of the gods. It's in their heads. Humans hear frequencies of around 20 Hz to 20 kHz which these hit... Sure they aren't made of gold and blow you at the same time. But they get the job done
@@thatotherdan9984 And they fail as studio headphones too. If the point of studio headphones is to master audio, they aren't nearly neutral enough to result in a good mix; nor are they similar enough to the "common" drivers most people will be using, e.g. bass boosted beats or apple airpods. If the point is merely to listen and make sure any audio is recorded, any closed back headphone would suffice. I'd also be highly skeptical of the 20hz to 20khz claim, as merely creating a sound of that frequency doesn't mean it sounds "good". A simple check of people who've used these headphones on Reddit will show a majority of people were displeased with them while using them as studio headphones (mostly for music production).
I don't have any plans to do a JVC review any time soon. I've already got a line-up of headphones and iems and components I'm working through, so it would be a while before I added anything to that list.
What are better options in this price only one I can remember is jbl and Sony but they are bass heavy

@@audiosamigo2072Neither of those are studio headphones?
Neither are JBLs and Sonys in the price range, or these AKGs @@Nobody-Nowhere

Could you do a video review on the JVC HA RX900'S?
Could you do a review on the JVC HASR100XB XX ELATION Headphones?

Bought them but returned them. Not the best sound. Lacking badly in the bass department. They sound very mid centered and canny
akg.... to much High... less low ... mid is ok... no buy.....
