Ooh removed weapons is more interesting to me, especially with GTA 5. The files don't have many removed weapons, but almost all the artwork for the game shows Michael, Franklin and Trevor holding scrapped guns.
GOD DAMN!! The Diablo Infernus looks so cool!! I wish they could've left it in, maybe it could have just been only unlockable when you get to the other island
There are more removed vehicles, but these are definitely the most interesting from all the games (except you skipped Advance, Chinatown Wars, LCS and VCS, but I know those aren't officially on PC).
I’m hoping one day we get some throwback cars in the newer games. I doubt it would happen though.

Thanks to modification we can spawn those vehicles back that is if Cockstar doesn't take it down of course they've been taking down mods and threatening legal actions against modders who do things better than them after they realized their Defective "trilogy" Failure sucks.
LCS: Dodo (model from 3 and SA (Uncontrollable)), Bus, LCPD Helicopter (based on model from VC, SA and VCS)
VCS: FBI Rancher, VCPD Green Helicopter, VCN Maverick, Coastguard Helicopter
LCS: RC Helicopter
VCS: Blue Cholo Sabre
The clean variant of the Bodhi could definitely be added into a future online update for the game since theyve been slowly added cut content to the game nowadays
I doubt it. They are re-using some bits and pieces of cut content for GTA Online, but I can't think of any vehicles their re-using. Mostly just previous concepts for singleplayer DLC that they have re-worked for GTAO.

The Dodo still exists in GTA Vice City in two forms:
One is the sea plane variant that is moored outside the Film Studios dock.
Second is the land variant but with long wings instead of short one. It can be seen flying around the skies of Vice City with banner attached to it but it is not accessible to the player. But you can destroy it though using the Hunter's rockets and you will get an instant 3-4 star wanted level.
To this day i still wonder why we get 3 star wanted level for destroying a simple plane!

Make gta lcs beta cars
The Infernus was the fastest vehicle in the game and gang versions are usually faster.
It wouldnt surprise me if the car was cut because it would simply be way too fast. Perhaps faster than the map could pop in textures...

Actually , you can get a clean bodhi without mods
Just go to los Santos customs, upgrade it , change the colors , go to the car wash , and you have a clean bodhi
