I played this for my grandmother during hospice care. She wanted to go to the ocean one last time before she passed. She was already sleeping hard from the morphine but I know she was able to hear this. I hope this brought her comfort and reminded her of her youth. Thank you for not putting ads in this, it helped tremendously.

Also regular mediation, if you can stick to the same time every day, even if just 10 minutes (start with 5 at first if 10 seems too daunting ), be very healing as well .

Hello stranger, very pleased to meet you. I am from India, and currently a student of 10th standard. This lockdown days have really been very enjoyable with my family, but very depressing as well. Seeing people lose their lives everyday isn't easy. Amidst of this pandemic border issues with China has heated up as well, and that's the very last thing I wanted. Recent encounter with the Chinese army has been depressing as well, our 20 soldiers lost their lives.
Whenever I come to RUclips, India China border conflicts is always the heated topic. I can see people posting hate comments from both sides, which really makes me sad, after all I never want people to abuse each other. War is horrible. And I never had any grudges against China, it's because of some people a country gets a bad name. This world was never a peaceful place. And sometimes I wish I was never born here.
Btw this comment section is very peaceful, and I feel very comfortable here. Sorry for my boring lecture. And best of luck for ur future 😊😊

When I found this I was young. I was so scared of the dark. Also I couldn't sleep. This saved me so much. I can't thank you so much to put this on youtube. With this on it made me sleep more better and not scared! Without this. I couldn't be healthy anymore without sleep.
I have tourette syndrome. My tics makes it really hard to fall asleep and this music helps me relax and fall asleep so much faster.
