Today's beach meditation comes to us from a beach that is home to breathtaking waves. This is the long stretch of sand known as Savannah Bay. It sits on the eastern coast of Anguilla, facing right into the cooling Caribbean tradewinds. This bay is almost always windy with waves rolling in.
Such a refreshing sight to sea, it's one of our favorite spots for meditating.
The rich blue waves...
The smell of the salty air...
The seaweed dancing in the ocean...
The lone kitesurfer...
Watching him sail through the sky...
And then there are the sea birds...
Gazing at them as they swoop and glide...
Swoop and glide...
Here, any anxiety subsides 😌😌😌

Was on the verge of a panic attack and needed something to listen to that didn’t have extreme sounds, words, or emotional connotative backing to it.
