My name is Hadiza Garba from Margi Line, Mashamari Ward. Before this training, I had limited knowledge about proper nutrition and pregnancy care. I used to think expensive foods like meat were essential, but now I know that with just N200, beans and fish can provide adequate nutrition for my family.
The training on breastfeeding was eye-opening. I used to introduce water and complementary foods to babies at three or four months, but now I understand the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for six months. I am currently pregnant and plan to follow these new practices for the benefit of my child.
I am grateful for the valuable knowledge gained from this training and the positive impact it will have on my family. May God bless the trainers for teaching us these life-changing practices.
