Online hi apply karna padega.. go through your Cv again and checkout our videos on how to make CV and cover letter
From my experience..try consistently..no other option..be positive...and as sir have mentioned focus on CV...find someone who can refer u for most of the big brands like M&S, tesco, H&M etc..they have referral policy so ur frnd can.....actually issue is vacancy got filled as soon as upload online...so better to make alerts for the jobs from companies website and job portal so u will be first to know about it

If ur still in India...try online.. important thing is trying consistently ...possible find someone there so that he or she can visit to chk room for u before paying....for job, online same try consistently...make alerts for every search so that u can get latest update .
UK is not US. There is a huge difference in earnings. Unless you do business in UK
