If you aim down sight there should be a option to quick equip armor and eat snacks. I have not played in a while. So excuse me if im wrong. I think while aiming down sights, its left arrow for snacks and down for armor. Or it could also be in your weapon wheel, there should be a option. Like i said been a while not sure what it was. Hope this helps

personally, i go for the proffessional gear (target B) and steal the gang car (target A) because they made stealthing this heist far too easy and you dont actually need to escape with the getaway vehicle, after leaving the factory you can drive the getaway vehicle to a nearby road and spawn in your personal vehicle, then you just got a faster getaway vehicle
