    Voir Dali sur scène, danser, remuer sa main, faire sa gestuelle, bouger, et tout, vers 1 min 34, ça me fait un truc, ça fascine, ça accroche l'oeil, c'est ce qu'on appelle avoir une présence, une aura, et en plus, ça s'appelle être profondément communicative . Dalida vidant toutes ses tripes sur je suis malade nous donne envie de pleurer. Dalida se déhanchant sur ses tubes disco nous fait sourire et donne envie d'aller danser avec elle. Dali!

    I live in New York now too. I think after carefully watching this video that Dalida felt somewhat skeptical about New York, that European type of skepticism, if you know what I mean (the grandiosity of buildings that does not necessarily mean too much freedom and does not make it convenient to look at them). As a complex woman she probably felt that this unnecessary excessive grandiosity did not translate itself into complexity and was not therefore appealing to her.

    I have found the name of that song. It is called "Love in Portofino" and can be heard in a medley on track 16 on her CD entitled "Dalida - Les Années Disco" (Barclay 983 757-7)

    The only thing is that the song "Born to sing" ("Mourir sur scene") was released in 1987 so it is a little bit strange to hear it in the video about the performance in 1978...
