I totally agree with Coach Walter's dissatisfaction over the incident is correct and, on the same token the 4 weeks of suspension of Suali is only a total morgary for the League in Australia
Yes, it is not sufficent. First of all, the offender needs to be seriously impeded for his foul play. He needs to suffer to redeem his actions. Double the time the other player is out to start with. I mean if the injured player is side lined for 4 weeks than the first step is 8 weeks. Than there is the offense itself, say it be deemed to be say a 4 week ban. Than that is added to penalty. Over and above that comes a fine as well. The fines should be double that of his contract payments for that period of time. Say his contract is 1 million dollars per annum which breaks down to say 50 thousand dollars per game. Than a fine of 100 thousand dollars per game is imposed for his banned period. Harsh, yes! So is injuring another footballer. Like they say about criminals do the crime do the time. Or if you cant do the time dont do the crime.
It was worse because Reece dropped at the last minute. His actions contributed to the result. Yes Sualii should have been sent off & suspended, but the level he went in on would have hit Reece in the chest. The team suffered, & Sualii suffered. Punishment fits the crime.
Kevie they are playing ruby league, it's OK for your players to dish out the dirt, but when the table has turned you have a big whinge. Your going to end up with a team full of sooks.
NRL Footy rules have already penalise Joseph Suali. Good news is Walsh is physically fit moving around ready for game 2. He is one of those tough and high speed player for Broncos and does very well for his clubs's win. This qualifies him to be one of the best origin player to watch. J.Suali has already accepted the decision and also express his apology to walsh. Both Walsh and Joseph have excahage good words. So let us take it as a classic example of good sportsman knowing that accidents or incedents such as this do happen in sports. Mareta.
Four weeks suspension is sufficient infact the tackle was unintentional and Walsh was off balance and going low. It's a pycological issue for Walsh to over come and get going with his games.
Yes its was dangerous tackle it was not nice way to start off I would think it is bad for the greatest game ever all the word who fellowed the game I thank God for nothing serious happening
All comments and remarks about the high shot on walsh .. People, please, we must know and understand the game of football .. its game , and its Rugby League we talking about.. its physical body contact game , you can get hurt anytime on the field. WHATS THE BIG FISHY ABOUT THE HIGH SHOT ON WALSH BY SUA'ALLI'I 'S SHOT... Its an unexpected happen.. in a splint seconds its all happens. come on.. people stop crying like babies.... in next couples of minutes walsh was seen walking???... SAUA'ALLI'I SHOULD BE PUT ON REPORT AND SHOULD CONTINUE PLAY HIS FOOTBALL. WHY HE WAS SENT OFF BY THE REFEREE ???.
I totally agree with Kevin Walters becuse the this tackle with have lasting effects on the player after his rugby league career like what the rugby league great Wally Luis said. The tackler will not be affected in any way even after his league career. Panelty of up to 8 eeeks for such dangerous tackles would be reasonable punishment for the crimes of dangerous tackles on the field.
This is a body contact game. If we don't like other players to do such rackless tackles causing serious injuries to our bodies, then we should advice our kids not to take up this code. We all have to understand that RW made a commitment and any other players to play footy . So they have to accept whatever comes during their games.
Accept & deal with it. It's a contact sport, what do you expect?
If that was a forward they would've got 8- 12 weeks
I totally agree with Coach Walter's dissatisfaction over the incident is correct and, on the same token the 4 weeks of suspension of Suali is only a total morgary for the League in Australia
I totally agree to K.Walters decision

Queensland fuckn scared play the ball n using your memory
Well somebody needs to tell Reece to slow down and stop hitting top speed because when he hits a brick wall everybody starts to cry about it 😂
I remember when league was a tough game. Playing with battered and bruised bodies. Even bloodied faces. A real man's game.
Yes I deeply agreed with what Kevin just said,,,Give sulii for 2 to 3 months suspension,he( suali have cause much down fall to both teams.
I think it would have been a lot lengthier suspension if it was say, Felese Kafusi doing it , or any Queenslander
yes I definitely Agree....
Walse slide and got hit, its game. Nothing much to do about it.
With Kevi
Spencer Leniu 8 matchs ban for dirty language Joseph Suaaili should be heavily penalized maybe

On report, ten in the bin, 2 weeks as standard, that is what that deserved, at worst!
Yes I agree with Kevvie, he should have been outed for at least 6 weeks!!!

A high kick --where do you people get your news -- what crap. A high tackle, mate, not a high kick --shit reporting there.
Qld and Bronco can dish it out but are little girls when its returned ITS a full contact sport KEVI not touch football.

Offending sport rules is of bad image. dangerous play makers inreturn gets their payments of guilts sadly.
Ol KEV SHOULD BE TOO. EMBARRASED TO SHOW HIS FACE. REYNOLDS IS THE REAL COACH NOT KEVI. ALL HIS PLAYERS SAY HE CANT COACH
