My son went through radiation treatments for his lymphoma and it is exhausting. He is now in remission,, I am praying for your Dad ,, and give him a " HIGH FIVE FROM ME"!!!!!🎉 Well done ❤
That’s great news! My dad was also battling lymphoma and unfortunately cancer beat him but my heart goes out to the families who are in similar situations. ❤
I have lymphoma and was treated w chemo 6 yrs ago. Lymphoma can't go into complete permanent remission unless it's with children
My husband went through 39 radiation treatments for prostate cancer. It is such a blessing that he is now cancer free!
I know the feeling of seeing a parent ring the bell. My mom has rang it a couple times. She is fighting Metastatic breast cancer. They weren’t going to let her ring the bell after her first chemo sessions were over because she wasn’t really free of cancer but to me it is just saying you got through that part of the journey. Her nice nurses fought for her and she was able to ring it. She is now on a new treatment and her markers are looking excellent. They are almost back to normal which we are so grateful for.
My Dad and Father in law both had that type of cancer at the same time. They are both ard doing good now. My kids and I lost husband and their Dad 3 months ago due to a lung disease. We do need prayers right now, please
I’m grateful for going through Cancer myself and coming out of it Cancer free. I’m grateful for having a family who has helped me through losing my Husband. I have an amazing family that is always there for me. Glad your Dad is done with radiation and I hope he’s Cancer free.❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏
I am so happy your dad finish treatment wish the best to come. Also your mom and family for well wishes it’s hard on family. I to have been doing treatments with my husband he is 100 days bone marrow transplant today we get results from 100 days are as good as 30 days results. He’s 67 and developed Leukemia. Let me tell you so many ups and downs. But he’s doing good . Our daughter donated being only half match. God is Good!

*Prayer request-my husband is in need of a job, but he also struggles with chronic undiagnosed breathing difficulty. So he is in need of something remote. So prayers that he can find the right fit.

I'm grateful for this season of rest and restoration with my husband even in the midst of some hard trials. Please pray that both my husband and I can keep feeling God's peace, seeing His goodness, and trust Him in the midst of current trials. Thanks for your encouragement Rachel! @VABeachgirl-np8iw so does he. I had to have a tube down my throat a few years ago, and it was so uncomfortable, and he said it's like it but worse.
Love this video it was amazing. Glad to hear Truett ,Atticus doctor appointments went well.That is wonderful news to hear about your dad that he finished his radiation treatment. He is and always will be in my thoughts and prayers everyday along wirh your mom. You and Harold and the boys are also in my thoughts and prayers everyday to. Congratulations to your family! I’m very greatly he is doing so much better and sending many prayers for his full healing and recovery! As for prayers , I love my husband more then life itself and I put him and our furry babies first only second to god. My husband on the other hand doesn’t. He prioritizes his cousin and friends and work relationships . Just wishing he would put his perspectives in order. I’m honestly not on here to complain. Just wishing he would wake up and see what he has before it’s gone .

My Dad has had lymphoma of his neck. He got through his treatment, and then he got bowl cancer. Then he got prostate cancer. Because of his bowl cancer, he has asthma and breathing issues. He has had open heart surgery. He got covert and was in hospital at Christmas. ❤🙏

Praying for your fathers healing and praying for the entire family and your mother as she also travels this journey of her husband and as his caregiver during this difficult time. Hi Rachel. I know what you mean about the racing thoughts. I get the same thing. What I find helps is to try and not stop them coming. Just let them come and stay as long as they do but don't pay any heed to the thoughts, welcome them and agree with them even if you don't agree with them. I find it helps. For example if I start thinking something like I know I won't do well at whatever task tomorrow I just say to myself Yea your right maybe I won't do well. It kind of cuts down the thinking around it I find. I hope I'm making sense. Really glad to hear your dad is doing well so far.

I had a Lymphoma I had one on my back it hurt but wasn't Cancer, it was Massive and got another one growing now, Congratulations to Your Dad Rachel 👏❤ God's watching over him. your Family are Adorable too
Grateful for getting through all this….
2021 - January, my Mom passes away from CoVid.
2021 - February my Uncle/Godfather passes away from heart failure.
2021 - July My 2nd son is diagnosed with Stage 3 colorectal cancer
2021 - August my youngest sister passes away from Sepsis
2021 - November my youngest daughter passes away from liver failure.
I sit back and wonder how I got through it all but somehow with the grace of God I did. Worst year of my life! 💔💔

So sorry we all go thru our trials and grieveing and life dispointments and sickness have been it that ad well prayers to you today stay close to God he will allwayes be there for you that is how you got thru all of it you prayed to the lord and he heard your prayer cry to God allwayes .. hugs to you
Sometimes life gives us challenges and no matter what we have to face them even if we don't want to, losing loved ones is the biggest loss but you still have someone who love you wholeheartedly and if not love yourself because you are worth it. God bless you dear. Your loved ones who passed away are in a better place so look up and smile😊

Prayer for passing my certification exams to become a teacher. For such a time as this.
Also, prayer for my boyfriend. He’s been having some chest pains. His name is Philip.
He’s moved back to San Antonio that’s 2 1/2 hours away from me. So please pray that we can find time to get together more often during the weekends and that we can find a place for him to come on the weekends until our house is built in the country. My dad says he can stay in the house after it’s built, but in another room. He’s such a gentleman though.
Also, prayer for my Uncle. My mom didn’t 😢he was at the VA hospital until his mother in law called my mom crying. Come to find out that his body was not functioning properly and his skin was turning yellow. Now he’s home still with a tube in him draining stuff out of his body. Pray that it does get out so that his VA doctor can put a stint in. He has lung cancer that mataticized from colon cancer a couple years ago.
Gratitude:
1. Thankful for Papa God in He’s doing in my life. So many things.
2. Thankful for my guy, Philip. He brings me so much joy and happiness. He’s been my rock this year. When my grandma passed away earlier this year he was there the very next day. I really needed his hugs.
3. Thankful for my family.
4. Thankful for my friends.
My brother has dementia and it is advancing quickly. I'm so grateful for my sister-in-law, his wife, who is taking such good care of him. She has alarms on the windows and doors to alert her if he tries to get out of the house. However, unbeknownst to her, the batteries in one alarm had died. He went outside at night, in the very cold night, wind, rain and some snowflakes. When she realized he was gone, she drove up and down their road looking for him. She finally found him lying in the ditch. She got him in the car. He said he was trying to 'go home' wherever he thought that was. So grateful to God that He led her to him. If he had been out there much longer, who knows what would have happened? Please pray for my brother, but also for my sister-in-law, to give her the strength to continue caring for him as long as she can, and the wisdom to know when/if a time comes when it gets too much. I will continue to pray for your father and all of you.

So glad for the positive cancer update, keeping him in my thoughts and sending you all good vibes. My husband got laid off right before Christmas but recently had a really good interview so please help pray for this job for him if you could. But just grateful that for Christmas everyone was together 😊
Right there with you: my husband's job (our sole source of income) was eliminated early last December, there's no job prospects at present, & we are being hit with massive bills left & right. My eldest brother is also undergoing chemo & has felt extremely drained, nauseous, & depressed. I was overwhelmed by it all today & thankful for the reminder in this video that gratitude to God can shift that mindset. Prayers for your husband. 🙏

I'm Greatful ur dad made it through the treatments. I lost my mom 3 years ago on the 23rd of January. It's very hard. I lost my dad in June of 2011 both to cancer also my uncle and my aunt both to cancer also. But I'm Greatful that so far I am cancer free. My sister is semi healthy and my other sister is healthy. I live in Maine. I watch guys every time u post. I'm so grateful for u all. I will be praying for ur dada cancer to of gone away. Love u guys. God bless. Praying for u all. Love Tanya and Oreo. Rachel, congratulations 🎊 and continued healing prayers for your dad. My deddy passed away due to covid. This past July, my beautiful daughter and I celebrated my 30 year of me being alive. I had a major care wreck in 1994. And it's only by the grace of GOD, our LORD n SAVIOR, I am here today. HALLELUJAH JESUS. I am extremely blessed! I Have 5 grown children, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I have another great on the way. We are all healthy and happy. All 5 of my kids are walking with Jesus as are 4 of the grandkids. Praying for 4 others.
I go into the hospital this week for my 6th and final round of chemo for Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma! My praise is that I’m in remission! May this be the end of cancer in my life forever!!

Im so happy to hear that your dad is done radiation treatment! My dad just finished his radiation treatment for prostate cancer at the end of December. He gets his numbers rechecked at the beginning of February. I will be praying for good results for both of our dads.

This is back when Covid first started. I skipped a year because we were supposed to move and things got changed. I wouldn’t it had my colonoscopy done and then I was told I had stage two colorectal cancer with you the doctor said I was really lucky the cancer was sitting right next to the lymph nodes but I will keep your dad and your whole family in my prayers

Rang radiation bell Dec 28 for aggressive breast cancer. Start treatments tomorrow for stage 2. Not in remission. My boys are worried I won't be here to see them graduate high school in May or college in next 5 years. No family support. Just trust God He will give me more time
