Weaving from plastic packages 💛💛💛

Tutorial for squaremill weaving. A fun and creative way to upcycle plastic coffee bags into durable and functional baskets. You can use this basket as a pen jar or as a toothbrush holder. This is a project where you don't need other materials except coffee bags or other plastic packages. No need to sew, glue or staple anything.
This is a fast project once you have folded your strips. Good for beginners, but make sure to fold the strips the correct size so they are easy to weave.

For the weaving you need:
empty coffee bags (at least 8 coffee bags)
scissors/paper cutter
clothespins or other clips
Size of the strips: 15,3 x 5,4 cm
Width of the folded strip: ~1,8 cm
You need 32 strips for this project.
Size of the basket:
Height: ~ 11 cm
Base: ~ 7,5 x 7,5 cm
