I’ve listened to this 3 or 4 times so far.
I’ve noticed myself thinking thoughts of gratitude for things like how well my body works and for all that people have done & do to keep the world running smoothly & other things I took for granted all my life like this.
I also noticed myself smiling inside and outside of myself throughout the day and I have anxiety and depression due to OCPD & OCD.
It’s wonderful to see myself finally looking, feeling & acting more confident. When I fall into self doubt it doesn’t feel as bad or last as long.

❤ thank you that was beautiful I've been dealing with severe back pain for many months and I just experienced tinnitus constant ringing in my ears both ears keeping me up at night for 2 and 1/2 Weeks I'm praying for the Lord to sustain me in this difficult time

I have tinnitus since last august from COVID, somehow I learned to ignore it and now I only hear it if I pay attention to it.

That's wonderful I'm in phase one so it's the hardest right now especially at night during the day I can try to ignore it or play some music but at night that's when it's the hardest I'm a light sleeper to begin with so I listen to music and headphones to drown out the noise

I've got you in my prayers now. For healing. I'll concentrate on your back pain and see if it helps. I hope and pray your health improves. I'm sure it will.

Beautiful gratitude meditation, but my sleep was twice interrupted by the interjected comments at prolonged intervals. Turned it off after hearing another at the 4:17:05 mark. Would have preferred just music after the initial meditation.

There’s a horrible loud Advert for insurance at 5.59 - woke up up at 5 am on the one day a week I get a lie-in. So much for a night of ‘peaceful’ hypnosis. Such a shame as it spoils a lovely recording. Please remove it.

Why would you ever think that random tracks of jarring talk is a good idea?!
It's like drifting off to sleep only to have someone pull you out of your twilight, asking, "Are you sleep yet ... are you asleep yet ... how about now, are you asleep yet?!"
That seems like a fairly Common Sense point that should not need making!
No, your voice is *not* a "comfort, guiding me through the quiet hours of the night"; your voice is literally a disturbance and a disruption to the quiet! Literally, literally!
Meditation/Hypnosis tracks are either consistent or the speaking ends to allow the listener the peace of the music, there is no in-between. It's jarring, disruptive; counterproductive and completely defeats the purpose.

Hi I had to deal with a loss of my sister. What helped me alot was listening to frequencies that helped us to heal from grief. You just type it. There are many. And each night to put one on with headphones to quiet the noise. And all those sad thoughts. . This one is for you much later. You need one to help release the grief energy. And cry and let it help you be able to keep moving forward.

I love the honesty of your statement. And I'm greatful for what you didn't say which is, "impossible". So even while grieving there's "hope". So I'm greatful for hope even under circumstances. ❤

@@alisonjones3057there is no time limit to grieving a love. Be kind to yourself and take care of yourself. Grieving is different for everyone. To have loved and lost that love is painful.
