You will deal as much damage as your last hit which was 50k
You can also upgrade superb candies to ultimate candies (1M pet xp) and also sell them for more, look at special recipies @SL4TES

If you go to the harvest haven or farm area in the village you should be able to find cows and other animals spawning in the barns or in pens
