2 and 3 days ago he was in London, and i was there, and after the second concert he came at the back and i spoke with him a little, also with Shave and Steve. But he is really great! And i am looking forward to the 21st of this month, then he will come just close to my home, here in Amsterdam!! I hope he won´t stop very long singing..

Maybe the happy memory and/or the pain of what he went through back when he was that confused 16 year old. The fact that he needed to escape says something. And of course he must miss his family terribly, living in London when they're in Oz.

This seems like such an upbeat song in comparison, you know, it was his escape, the time he could himself and sing at the top of his lungs. Maybe just the strength of the happy memory is enough.
