Sorry to ask this question here. I know you were a psychologist in South Africa at some point and looking at some of the videos you have uploaded, it seems you have relocated to somewhere else. I'm just looking for some guidance. Hope you can help. What is the difference between ASCHP and HPCSA? I'm a bit confused about my degree. I thought I did enough research about my degree. It seems that i cannot become a psychologist in the future due to me doing a Ba degree in Psychology. I think I should have went the Bsc route. What do you think?
HPCSA registers psychology students and qualified psychologists (need a masters and internship (also community service for some registrations) for this). As far as my training was concerned people who had any degree majoring in psychology, including BA could get into honours and masters for any psychology category. ASCHP registers people who aren't qualified as psychologists but want to be counsellors.
