My doctor has me adjust my device every 7-days. My doctors are Dr. Belfor and Dr. Grafman. They work together. I guess they expect growth every 7-days? It's only been about 2-weeks now. Hopefully, I'll see significant improvements in my sleep quality after several months.
Different docs do it differently, but the most important thing is that it gets loose before adjusting again. And that is because different people grow bone at different rates and wear the appliances for different amounts of time/day
