So I finally found a good strategy and tweaked it to where I only trade maybe once or twice a day if that. Specific conditions need to be met, and if not, I just don't trade. It's so much more relaxing. First off, I don't need to stare at my charts all day. I can just glance over and see if a set up is happening. If not, I continue doing something else until it does. I haven't made a lot yet because I just got started at the beginning of the year but it's been a steady improvement. Especially since using this strategy.

It killed me, I pray I learned my lesson but next time, if there's a next time, ill go in demo for the week. At least I get to monitor the markets and study how they are moving while I'm on punishment. Thank you
What makes trading hard is that market condition is different each month too. So event though you may have great trading month in March, you may had tough trading in April. But you have to believe in your system and keep going month after month.
No lies detected! Ben covered all the bases. I have to remind myself everyday my trades are cold. I trade NQ hitting 13 ticks here, 25 ticks there or sometimes 46 plus ticks. Once I build up my account and are able to trade more contracts it will be life changing. I am finally starting to hit my stride. But day trading is by far the most difficult thing I have ever encountered. Nonetheless I am loving this process.

Bro I got a question: Do you check the DXY Index for trading forex? Because whatever the DXY does, Major Pairs does the opposite. If the USD goes up, GBP/EUR/CHF/JPY goes down. Even if I wait for the support to bounce, if the DXY goes up during the NY session, my setup gets invalidated.
