赵京京 Thanks for your interest. The video is shot with the Sony A7S with the Atomos Shogun. Right now I'm using a cheap stabilizer called the "red star" but is quite heavy with the setup I have right now so might change it to something else in the future.
NaThalang Wow, I have already bought my a7s, and I'm not make my decision to buy Shogun... about the stabilizer, if you just use a7s and shogun without rig and metta box, you can try ifootage that made in china. it is small and more stabilize than red star.....

The video before this one is partly shot with the A7S without the shogun. (And almost all the video before that is the canon 70D with the red star) Trying to find a way to mount it closer weights at the moment but the A7S is also too light. XD
+liquidzero5 Thanks, is actually easier to keep the camera steady on the camera stabilizer when moving fast than moving slowly as the big moment hides the small shakes. But I generally don't do these kind of shots often mostly because of space and safety concerns. lol
+liquidzero5 The backward run is practice for the most part as I been shooting cosplay events for a few years now. lol But ya, mostly just keep shooting with a stabilizer to get better. Lot of people make a mistake of adding too much weight in keeping it steady, is actually inertia that keeps it from moving (adding too much weight cause it to swing and why big movements is easier). So you really just need enough weight to keep from flipping upside down mostly, the rest is practice in controlling it.

Might want to wait, DJI just showed the Ronin-M, a much lighter and cheaper version.

that's somewhat logical, I had a stabilizer on my own but still had allot of shakes due that I can't run backwards :P
