Seeing all of the creative things good Steve players can pull kinda makes me want an entire platform fighter balanced around building, with the different characters being able to build different things and in different ways
@@xanander4693 make his moves do less percentage. He k can keep the combos. But the damage output is busted. Either that or, put more frames at the start of his moves

He has so much mu experience bro. One yonni just outplayed him and two, the mu is barley slightly in Steve’s favor. Stop making excuses, Riddles knows this matchup very very well. A lot of top players do 😂. Also this set went to game 5 last stock.

99% of the people saying ban Steve below have never even touched the character. Like they think these combos and traps are easy/come naturally. Yonni spends hours in the training room just to get this stuff down to a science. Respect
I don't think it's about how hard the character is to play. Steve just has way too much potential. There's way too many things you can do with Steve to figure out how to fight him every time. Block placement I think is when they went too far with the character. Plus those ledge gimmicks with the tnt are disgusting. But riddles should have been more patient at the ledge and postioned himself too close to it or off of it too often. The Steve was the better player but I think Steve needs to be nerfed.

Riddles needs more matchup experience imo. Looks like he was kinda unsure about how to deal with a lot of the Steve gimmicks, especially at ledge.

I think the explosion causes too much shield stun for him to be able to spot dodge in time
