Apparently MatPat got chosen as a representative of the RUclips Community. Gifts are presented to the Pope as a symbolic gesture, and he chose Undertale since the messages of Undertale line up with catholic teachings. Don't ask me why he got chosen, my guess is that his position as both an entertainer and, to some extent, an educator led to him being chosen.
