I'm really surprised that Tae could hit an even higher note. But really he should focus on his bass because it's underdeveloped. I want to hear more of his soulful deep voice in his natural range.
@@graviitea Yes, he should focus on his lower notes. He seems to have improved a lot on his mid voice and his upper register, but he shouldn't forget his lower register, otherwise his voice would be unbalenced with 2 developped and still developping registers and 1 register that underdeveloped
Angela Yau Yes he is indeed incredible 😍 but you have to make your way higher/lower slowly and carefully in order to make your range wider, so you dont strain your vocals. And this makes me even prouder because he took his time and he worked hard and the results are incredible 😍😍😍
Yeah which is even more incredible because his voice is very low-pinched itself, and obviously for low-pinched-voiced people it's harder to reach higher notes. Jungkook's voice is much more high-pinched especially compared to taehyung's. So if taehyung can reach higher notes than jungkook can despite his low-pinched voice (which is a Baritone,and Baritone is a very low voice type), that means a lot. He's very talented, almost like a gift
well,, but reaching notes with your head voice is a lot easier... jk can reach at least Eb5 with his chest voice before switching to head voice. jimin can reach F#5 before having to switch. he can sing more comfortably in the range of the second octave whereas jk is more comfortable in the third. but technically you're right i think 🤔 tae may has a wider vocal range by a few notes (in the lower register at least tbh the c6 doesn't count bc that was not singing lmao jk can probably do that too) but that doesn't make him a better singer whatsoever. they are both good singers and have unique and incomparable voices 😊
jiminie No I’m sorry but that’s not true, Jungkook cannot hit Eb5 in pure chest voice, that’s physically impossible. No singer on this planet can do that. Even female singers (females have higher voices on average) start mixing around F#4 or G4, no one can sing above that area with just pure chest. Eb5 in pure chest is literally impossible for anybody.

I totally understand but it’s also quite hard to make a song that fits his vocal range (since mostly ballads and the like fit him more and bts try to bring new things every comeback) but I think they should give him much more lines in songs that fit his range and style

Salalalala and these noises that came out of his mouth isn't really him singing, it's him trying to go as high as he can. For example, I can hit notes above C7, but I'm not in control in that range so it can't bei called singing. When you sing, you're controling what exact note is coming out of you, just trying to go as high as you can, as in that battle where the notes above G5 were, I wouldn't consider as singing but heyyy

아미가 대부분 연령대가 어리고 여자분들이라 잘 모를 수 있어 한가지만 알려드리자면 남자 음역대에서 2옥타브 솔이면 평균 혹은 평균 이상까지도 볼 수 있어요. 근데 방탄 뷔님은 다른 멤버들에 비해 목소리 자체가 저음역대에 타고난 목소리라고 생각되고 이 영상에서 들을때도 알 수 있듯이 뷔님은 2옥타브 라 정도 부터는 전부 가성처리 하십니다. 그래도 라이브 무대를 많이 본 제 생각엔 진성으로도 라까지는 내실 수 있을거라 생각되지만서도 지민님이나 정국님의 고음이 고음처리는 훨씬 더 안정적으로 하실 수 있는 목소리라고 생각되고 파트를 나누는 음악의 특성상 저음대에 강점이 있는 뷔님을 굳이 무리하게 고음역대에 배치할 필요가 없기 때문이라 생각됩니다. 댓글 쓰신 분 말씀처럼 뷔님을 고음역대에 배치하면요. 진성 고음을 소화 못할 가능성도 있고 소화하더라도 지민님 보다 훨씬 더 목이 상할 가능성이 높습니다. 그렇기 때문에 진성 고음이 되는 지민님이나 정국님을 고음역대에 배치하는 거겠죠? 목이 상하는 건 고음을 맡아서도 있겠지만 더 문제는 어쩔 수 없이 라이브 무대를 많이 소화해야 되는 방탄의 스케줄이 더 문제겠죠..

Tae's deep, soulful voice got me into bts but for some reasons, I can't really enjoy his high notes as much as his deep voice. It sounded strained and so piercing that I have to tone down the volume everytime I watch his solo performance. I think I like Jimin and Kookie's falsettos/high notes a lil more. I feel that BH should let Tae sing in his lower register more.
Pretty sure he's a lyric baritone. A friend of mine is adamant he's a bass but she's using SATB, in which he would classify as bass; but in opera he's a baritone.
I also think he is a baritone ;) And if I remember correctly, SATB are just roles, they don't seem to be accurate enough to classify one's voice type. Like a heavier soprano, and sometimes even tenor, can sing alto, right? :P

Urban Juker V can hit a higher note than Jimin, but he cant sing with it. V can only hit 2 notes higher than jimin, but he has never been able to use his C6 in a song. Jimin can hit and sing with his Bb5. in Let Me Know was jimin's Bb5. but like that audio clip of V hitting his C6, he can only hit the note. you can hear the strain and struggle in his voice

Ryan Wolf i never said jimin was better. but, v forces his note out. yes, he can hit the note, but he can’t control it. jimin’s high notes are strained, but he can control it. they are both guys, so it’s not natural for their voices to be able to get that high, but after a lot of practice they can learn to control it. but jimin can at least control his high note and sing it in tune with a good tone. the note that v hit was only 2 half steps higher than jimin’s note in let me know, which really isn’t that impressive, but you can hear that he forces it out with a lot of strain

Vocal range mean nothing. You have to have the right technique, and a voice that suit the song in order to get more lines.
Apparently from the site KPOP Vocal Analyses, Taehyung has the best technique
He does have a good technique, however he is a baritone. Most BTS songs require a tenor, that's why V got lesser lines than Jungkook and Jimin.
He tends to sound too airy when he reaches C4 and higher, and most BTS songs have very few low notes.

Tae's deep, soulful voice got me into bts but for some reasons, I can't really enjoy his high notes as much as his deep voice. It sounded strained and so piercing that I have to tone down the volume everytime I watch his solo performance. I think I like Jimin and Kookie's falsettos/high notes a lil more. I feel that BH should let Tae sing in his lower register more.

Pretty sure he's a lyric baritone. A friend of mine is adamant he's a bass but she's using SATB, in which he would classify as bass; but in opera he's a baritone.
I also think he is a baritone ;) And if I remember correctly, SATB are just roles, they don't seem to be accurate enough to classify one's voice type. Like a heavier soprano, and sometimes even tenor, can sing alto, right? :P

Lee Ritz im also has the same vocal range..actually 1 semitone lower than this but my low register doesnt sound fuller like this..im a baritone but sound like a tenor lol😂

Urban Juker V can hit a higher note than Jimin, but he cant sing with it. V can only hit 2 notes higher than jimin, but he has never been able to use his C6 in a song. Jimin can hit and sing with his Bb5. in Let Me Know was jimin's Bb5. but like that audio clip of V hitting his C6, he can only hit the note. you can hear the strain and struggle in his voice

Ryan Wolf i never said jimin was better. but, v forces his note out. yes, he can hit the note, but he can’t control it. jimin’s high notes are strained, but he can control it. they are both guys, so it’s not natural for their voices to be able to get that high, but after a lot of practice they can learn to control it. but jimin can at least control his high note and sing it in tune with a good tone. the note that v hit was only 2 half steps higher than jimin’s note in let me know, which really isn’t that impressive, but you can hear that he forces it out with a lot of strain
