By tradition a woman automatically takes her husband's rank upon marriage so she is already a princess. All being well, she will certainly become Queen Consort when William becomes King. Queen Consort is a technical description of the relationship but the title Queen is normally used.
Prince Phillip did not automatically become King because it has always been felt that a man might dominate a woman if he was given equal rank. It was the same with Prince Albert and Queen Victoria.

I hate the way everyone keeps calling her 'future queen' becasue I dnt think she ever will be its only blood relitives that can be queen. if william becomes king she may be given a new title of princess but thats about it. it wouldnt seem right for an outsider to be called 'queen'! after all prince phillip does not have title of king and he is married to the queen.
