ah glad to find this and sad to hear he is gone. I knew Chris in the mid 70's. He was my first guitar teacher and I remember him telling me he was moving on to percussion. He introduced me to Allan Holdsworth's playing and Tony Williams. Chris had a focus and clarity that no one around me had as far as I could see. A huge inspiration in my early life.
What a marvellous musician and teacher Chris was. I am re-watching this seminar, and I cannot help but smile together with him... Such infectious love for his craft, his profession. A terrible loss for all of us.
