Everything is delayed VTP beaumonde possession, euphoria construction, road progress etc. don’t fall for false promises. The builders have too much power in their hands and once you pay money you have none.

VTP lacks in transperany. There are some rules and regulations from RERA for every builder but VTP took deviation approvals from RERA to change the RERA policies and make their own policies. There is standard format of Allotment letter and booking Agreement from RERA but VTP has made their own Allotment letter and agreement format by modifying lot of clauses in it. I have booked a flat in VTP Dolce Vita but cancelled within 1 week. According to MahaRERA rule if a flat booking is cancelled within 15 Days of booking date then all booking amount should be refunded. But VTP never refunded. Beware of such fraudulent Builders.
No one is gonna regret, infact this township will be a mess after 2030. Dont claim things based on mere assumptions or based on lies that builders have been selling. Now 20k flats have been sold so far and many new launches are coming in this township. Imagine 15k to 20k cars leaving for office at 9 AM, do you think this road would be able to handle that kind of traffic? Working people will end up leaving an hour early from home and leaving after peak hours from office to avoid congestion. It would have been a good buy if IT companies were inside the township and people were not required to travel to Kharadi, Magarpatta, KP which is not the case. Also metro extension from Ramwadi to Wagholi will take a decade for completion. Also think of the water requirement for such dense population, so you really think builders would be able to meet that demand?? Once builder exits, it willl be the end user paying for water tankers on monthly basis plus 2 times the maintance charges due to the township.

The road is blocked at both ends due to litigation one just before godrej boulevard and other towards yoo villa so the road is not going to be fully 6 lane for now. Civil case number 494,479,1170,488,489 since 2008.Details are present under rera website.

I too bought a flat in VTP Euphoria, even though this road doesn't connect that doesn't mean there won't be any road. There are always alternative road. It's not like we will be stranded only thing is we may to go via longer route like from wagholi. The people who are owners they want more money for there plots so they are holding it. People are investing their money earned by hard working.
