- I thought I could make a plushie collection where each plush is different from the others, but the ideas just didn't hit. Time to start from scratch

I saw some milk carton plushies designs that have a fold when converging to the top. “Pusheen small blue milk carton plush” is an example :) I feel like it gives it a bit more of an interesting shape

I feel like your manufacturer is just dropping the ball on this collection. Not that I know much about manufacturing stuff like this, but Anirollz makes things that look kinda similar to what you had conceptualized Sam the s’more to be and it doesn’t look like what your manufacturer gave you. It seems like Sam the s’more could be made. This collection looks super cute! Especially Sam! I would be really sad if you couldn’t go through with it.

I was at Target 🎯 this weekend and saw a s'mores plush in the Valentine's area with 3 sections and you're definitely right about that looking better.
I can see the vision, it just seems to come down to manufactures not being able to make the final product.
For the first one, it seems like you might need to redesign it to have a flat bottom and a more pointed top.
For the Sam the smore, in my experience, you can split it into 3 separate pieces that connect together via velcro !! They definitely come out more dynamic when its not just all printed on
blue cow is lovely but honestly they are looking pretty good. the smore is possible im sure but needs work! and the blanket is a great idea as a back up!
I honestly think Sam the s’more would have been an amazing pillow, he’s also my personal favourite, so I’m a bit sad to know they’re not going to make it.

You make them into something like stickers, pins patches, prints etc. since the plushies seem to not turn out right.

What if you get inspiration from the Pusheen S’mores plush for Sam?
Like instead of all plush, why don’t you use thick pieces of fabric for the cookie part and the rest as plush
Not good at explaining so try searching up the Pusheen s’mores plush! I think it can look better that way
OR try making the cookie parts thinner than the marshmallow ???

The S'more was the least likely but to me the rest weren't that bad, they were actually pretty cute. Also, did you switch manufacturers from your Macabuns? Since they understood your visions more with the layered plushies.

For the s’mores bunny why didn’t they make three different parts and then sew them together like 1 inch in. Because I have a s’mores Nyan cat and that works

I am surprised at how off the manufacturer's pattern-making for the smore is and how they've cut a lot of corners and overlooked negative space and secondary details that greatly affect silhouette & appeal. If you worked with a pattern maker to make appropiate looking patterns, could the manufacturer then use those patterns? The design is simple, seems like it could be a fun challenge to try making a pattern for it in an afternoon or two.
