Let's Talk Education thank you soo much, I’m crazy busy at the moment swamped with a-level revision and exams and I am caught between doing a decree in psychology or sociology I’ve applied for both at different units and don’t really have time to research careers in too much depth :) many thanks, your videos are really helpful :)
You’re most welcome - I’ll be doing a top 5 films for psychology students too :) I did psychology initial before changing my focus to education/developmental psychology :)
Let's Talk Education ah thanks you very much, yes psychology is a very interesting subject. I prefer the more cognitive and biological stuff but the developmental is also good :)
I've not quite done this video - I don't they're too popular but I wanted to let you know Wednesday 3rd Sept. I will have the top 5 films for Psychology students out!
So basically it is a worthless degree. You will either have to find a job in the increasingly competitive legal market or do stuff that anyone with or without a degree can do, like being a police officer. Good luck paying your student loans back. Don't go into law kids, go into STEM.
Depends. I'd assume if you haven't done the right A Levels to get onto a STEM course, studying Law or another course are valid options. As the market is flooded with graduates of all kinds (even STEM ones, graduate level Computer Science jobs are slim and those graduates have a high unemployment rate) getting a 2.1 or higher degree in anything is an ok option. The degrees with the best employment rates, like medicine, should be done because you're engaged with the content primarily, not just because you've got a clear career path. I don't know, my two cents
@@midnightdemon9157 Pursue it nonetheless, making a success out of your law degree depends on other skills of yours such as your knowledge, presentation skills, writing skills, analysis skills, and so on. If you're confident that you can build these, go for it.
although you're right, most stem degrees are worthless now eg. biochemistry, neuroscience, and biology. Plus not everyone is good at maths or science. maths and physics related related degrees are the only useful one. Finance and economics degrees are good too.
No its not =, for us black law students we recognise how adv. dali mpofu and the like, all functions like the various court cases on newsroom africa and ENCA etc. and not to even mention the state capture commission as well as various Zuma legal battles not so mention the high regard poeple have for lawyers in South Africa.
Iam an indian lawyer.i would like to take a master degree in law from U.K. could you suggest me which stream i will take for my better carrier there. Can I practice as a lawyer there after QLTS exam. Can I eligible for all jobs u have mentioned above? Which unis is better one?Plz help me
Sir , My name is samir and recently I am pursuing BA in political science (honours) My question is that can I apply for JD after My BA and It's JD is Bachlors degree or Master please reply
It you go to another Country, your degree isn't always useful. If you go to England, I think you need to graduate again. Or work your way up through certifications.
This was so helpful! Thanks so much:)
Could you do careers from a psychology decree :)
